By making a Booking or Purchasing from The Medispa at North Sydney, you are Supporting Small Business and Families. You are agreeing to the below Policies outlined. If the details provided below are not in line with Consumer Laws then the below Policies are over ridden and The Medispa at North Sydney acknowledges these Laws. PLEASE NOTE: At the time of writing this Policy, they are in line with Consumer Law.

TREATMENT PROGRAM AND PACKAGES

When purchasing Treatment Programs and Packages, you are purchasing a Prepaid Service to gain a discount. Therefore a Refund will not be given for change of mind. However, upon appropriate Consultation with Management, a Credit may be applied to fewer Treatments performed (if any) and be used in the Clinic for another Treatment/ Service.

BOOKING PROCEDURE

Thank you for choosing The Medispa at North Sydney to take care of you. In support of you, 100% of Online and/ or Phone Bookings are to be paid to secure your spot unless a Prepaid Treatment/ Service. This is to ensure that you are a priority and time is allocated accordingly. Confirmation of appointment are gentle reminders and allow us to accommodate other clients who wish to book. An email is sent 48 hours prior to the appointment with an SMS 24 Hours prior and a Phone Call. This will give you ample time to understand your availability. Failure to confirm your appointment within 6 Hours of Booking time, your spot will be filled by our next waiting client. If the appointment is a Prepaid Treatment/ Service and confirmation has not occurred then you forfeit your Treatment/ Service.

RESCHEDULE OF APPOINTMENTS

Your time and ours are important to us and so if you need to move your appointment for whatever reason, we ask you to provide us notice at least 6 Hours prior to booking so we may offer the spot to another Client. Failure to do so in an appropriate and timely manner, a Rebooking or Rescheduling will not occur.

RETURN OF GOODS

A Refund or Credit will be issued to the Client due to Allergic Reaction, however, proof of reaction must be provided via photo and any supporting documentation. Return based on the change of mind has not accepted A replacement for a faulty product will be supplied within 14 days, and no more than 25% of the product used.
